On December of 2016, I decided to change my entire lifestyle and lead a plant-based/vegan lifestyle. It was among the best decisions I’ve ever made. It cleared up my skin, brightened my eyes, gave me more energy, and saved me lots of money at the grocery store- that’s something people don’t really believe, but when you spend your money on only produce (mostly non-organic), you actually don’t spend all that much!
A Plantbased lifestyle is not only good for your health, but for the environment, the animals, and can also help reduce world starvation (land used for agriculture – could be used to grow crops to feed the hungry instead).
So I hope you enjoy what I’ll be cooking up in this blog! …all vegan foods, all the time.
Everyone thinks vegans eat nothing but grass, carrots, lettuce …rabbit food.
This is not encouraging at all, but this blog is meant to prove that wrong.
Vegans can enjoy pizza, cheese, donuts, burgers, ice cream, etc… because pretty much anything can be vegan-ized, and taste amazing – and I’m here to prove that!
