I love my treadmill! …and considering how many pumpkin-filled recipes I’ll be working on this time of year, this workout is just what I need to start my mornings!
*Note: if you don’t have a treadmill, no worries! Just go to the park and use the following as a conversion:
- 3.0 -Brisk Walk
- 3.5 -Light Jogging
- 4.0 -Run!
