For today’s workout I’ll be doing the Dragonborn workout. The story of the Last Dragonborn has a rich history, and it’s a story I’ve loved since I first played Elder Scrolls online -which was a huge addiction for me at the time.
For those not interested in the deep story of the Dragonborn, I’ll keep it short and sweet: The Last Dragonborn is a warrior who has the power to consume the soul of a dragon after he slays it, making him a human with the soul of a dragon… pretty cool, right? Thing is… in order to be a badass dragon warrior, you have to be physically fit -to the point where you can carry heavy shields and weapons while chasing a dragon down and slaying it. While having lighter inventory helps in endurance, you still need the strength to lift a heavy sword, staff, axe, war hammer, and you must be able to run while wearing heavy armor and a helm. Let’s get started!
Complete 3 – 7 sets for each exercise
(don’t know what level you’re at? do each one until failure).
- Squats– 20 reps.
- Mountain Climbers – 20 reps
- Shoulder Taps – 20 reps.
- Tricep Extensions – 10 reps.
- Plank into Lunges – 10 reps. each side
- Woodchoppers – 20 reps.
- Sit-Ups – 10 reps.
- Leg Raises – 10 reps.
- Flutter Kicks – 20 reps.
