This morning, I completed 15 minutes of jogging, running and walking.
This afternoon, I will be completing the following workout with 15lb dumbbells and a 20lb Barbell
Tonight I’ll be completing 20-25 minutes on the treadmill, alternating between power-walking, running, and sprinting.
Complete 2 sets of 12-15 reps for each exercise (except plank):
- Barbell Hip Thrust
- One-Arm Bent-Over Rows
- Goblet Low-Box Squat
- Incline Bench Press
- Plank (90 seconds)
